FIRST STICK PROGRAM The First Stick Program is for first-time lacrosse players. This program will teach your child basic fundamentals, skill-building, and basic rule interpretation. This program is free for beginners and those players who wish to have more practice. The program will start in October 2023. First Stick will be held at Tequesta Trace Park, Weston, FL from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm.
